The Downtown Montevideo businesses have banded together to provide a safe, convenient place for parents to take children trick-or-treating. Many businesses are providing treats and specials starting at 2 pm.
Some businesses are also extending hours for the event. Look for the posters and maps to see which businesses are involved.
Spearheading Trick-or-Treat Downtown, Mind Your Business is also serving as a hub for the event, as a number of businesses are handing out treats there. They will also have an abundance of the maps for the event on hand. The following are confirmed participants:
